    18 MAY 2008 ADC approved Resolution to build an extension (2 storey) to the existing DM HQ Building
    MARCH / APRIL 2010 The three immediate neighbours gave verbal approval to DM to built the two storey building (Mr. K.S. Maniam and Ms. Penny Peh approach the neighbours)
    13 May 2010 MBPJ Public hearing to hear complaints from neighbours on DM Building Project / Partial Two Storey Building. MBPJ rejected the proposal because the distance between the proposed building and the fencing / boundry facing Jalan Dato’ Mahmud 11/4 is NOT 20ft. Normally it is 7ft but because of the Road 11/4 it should be 20ft.
    10 JULY 2011 ADC approved Resolution to build a two storey building, without demolishing completely the existing ground floor
    2 April 2012 DM consultant submitted application to MBPJ for approval of the plans to build a two storey building
    22 June 2012 MBPJ Public Hearing to hear complaints from neighbours on DM Building Project 2 immediate neighbours and the 3rd House complained about parking problems
    6 JULY 2012 MBPJ One Stop Centre approved the project subject to approval by Planning and Building Departments.
    2 April 2012 DM consultant submitted application to MBPJ for approval of the plans to build a two storey building
    13 September 2012 Jabatan Perancangan Pembangunan approved the DM Building Plans.
    9 March 2013 Jabatan Kawalan Bangunan approved the plans on 26 February 2013
    June 2013 Work started
    April 2015 Work completed

      Sale of Monitoring devices at reasonable prices
    • Every diabetic patient must have a Glucometer / strips / lancets to test the blood glucose level if possible everyday to monitor their diabetes in order to prevent the complications of diabetes i.e Kidney problems, eyes, foot, nerve, cardiovascular etc.
    • If a diabetic patient is on insulin, then they must buy insulin pen needles to inject insulin into the body to manage their diabetes.
      Average about 10-12 patients / members come everyday to buy monitoring devices at the DM Pusat Sumber Diabetes
    • Centre open from 9am to 4.30pm 1-2pm lunch
    • 12-15 Car Parks –Patients need not park outside
    • Neighbours have purchase supplies from the Centre

    DM supports
